– Flick Stroke: This stroke is done with a quick and sudden movement so that the ball will move quickly and jump up.

6. Block and Counter Techniques
Block and counter techniques are important skills in defense and attack in table tennis. Block is a defensive technique used to return the opponent’s ball to make it back to the opponent’s table. Meanwhile, a counter is an attacking technique used after receiving an attack from the opponent. It is important to understand the right timing and develop fast reflexes to successfully use block and counter techniques. Regular practice with a partner or using a table tennis ball machine can help improve your skills in this area.

7. Understanding Ball Rotation
Ball rotation in table tennis can occur through spin variations, whether topspin, backspin, or sidespin. Understanding ball rotation is the key to anticipating ball movement and responding correctly. Topsin, which makes the ball spin forward, is usually used to give speed to the ball, while backspin makes the ball spin backward and can be used to outsmart the opponent.
